We hope you love your STUDIO LHD pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@studio-lhd.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on used items.
