Shipping Policy
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–4 working days.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to Ireland, all EU countries, the UK, Switzerland and Norway. We're unable to ship outside these destinations at the moment.
Delivery
Orders are shipped from Ireland via trusted postal and courier services.
Estimated delivery times:
- Ireland: 1–3 working days
- EU, UK, Switzerland & Norway: 5–8 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary, particularly during busy periods.
Shipping Costs
- Ireland: €5 standard delivery, free on orders over €100
- EU, UK, Switzerland & Norway: €8 standard delivery, free on orders over €100
Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Duties
Orders within Ireland and the EU won't incur any customs charges. For orders to the UK, Switzerland and Norway, taxes and duties aren't collected at checkout, so customs fees or import duties may apply when your order arrives. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, STUDIO LHD is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
